Heating & Air Conditioning

I noticed a white paper like wrap around one of my air ducts over the breaker panels, could this be asbestos? The house was built in 1967, last peak years of asbestos.
Thanks

Klem1,
I know, the first time I posted the question I didn't write the correct "subject of posting" and had no Idea how to remove it , so I just posted the question again.

tigerdunes,
Thanks for your response, If I do call an insulation contractor, and it turns out being asbestos, do you think they would likely make me have it removed?
