Question on T Stat and batteries

Hi everyone, I have a question and I hope someone can answer it for me. A while back I installed a electronic T Stat to replace the old mercury in a bulb round dial one. I don't have a/c just hot water base board for heat. The unit is a Honeywell RTH7600 Series. I'm going to try and post pics of the unit. Here is my problem .. I'm going thru batteries like every month or so .. just so I can see the display. Is there a way of putting a jumper or something that would allow this unit to draw power from the line ??
