Trane's new incentives. Which to choose?

I don't think there are any rebates right now but I just saw Trane's new incentives. It says choose a Comfort Link II control or a Trane CleanEffects Whole-House Air Filtration System.

I assume that since you need a thermostat ANYWAY that would be the wisest choice. Do they have comparable prices?

It does say qualifying equipment only. If that means only the top of the line it won't matter because I am looking at good/better, not best!
