was at friends condo the other day. central air was running and working well. 80F ext and 76F interior. i felt small copper high pressure line leading into plenum and it was almost room temp. i could really feel no heat. the plenum duct was cold on the exhaust. was the mild temp of the hp line due to the minimal demands on system?
