Attic fan?

The insurance is replacing our roof (hail damage) and I thought it would be a good idea to investigate some form of fan to save electricity of having the A/C on all summer, which can be installed at the same time as the roof.

The house is approximately 3,800 sq ft and has 2 storeys and a walk out basement, and we live in Denver, CO.

Any recommendations would be great. Thank you for a great forum!
