Trane is challenged to get systems that qualify for the Fed Tax Credit. Don't know how important that is to you.

NJ pricing is much more than other markets.

Don't care for option 1 at all.

But it says a great deal about your quoting dealer that would allow a nice furnace like the XV95 to be crippled by the incorrect thermostat that was quoted in option 2 and 3. At worse it should be the 803 (HW Mdl #8321) , at best HW VP IAQ that will properly stage a nice two stage furnace rather than use a timer that will always roll over into high stage. Stupid and wrong and says a great deal about dealer's treatment of his customer.

I personally would look at Carrier VS furnace paired with Performance 17 AC condenser.
