I have a 1200 sq. foot single level condo in northern nj.......I need to replace the forced air heating and air conditioning unit and am looking for a reputable hvac contractor in this area.

I currently have 3 bids ......2 lennox (Reiner & Total Comfort) and 1 carrier/bryant (Len Thonus Plumbing and Heating) but not sure which one to choose.....I think I should get another bid from a carrier/bryant contractor??
