What's wrong with my LG mini-split?

Installed a dual-zone LG mini-split AC/heat pump system last year. 18000 BTU, 9000 in each zone, each cooling/heating a 10x12 room. Last summer, worked great, instantly cooled things down. All winter, worked great, warmed things up quickly. This summer? Not so great. Everything runs, refrigerant line is cold (so cold that frost forms on the smaller line), but the air coming out is only barely cooler than the room air and even after a long run time, it isn't doing the job.
