Replacing my 21-year old furnace

Hi,

I wondered if anyone could give me some advice on replacing my furnace

I want to replace the aging 21 year old Olsen furnace in my newly-purchased 1300 sq ft home. My priorities are

* low total cost of ownership over a five year period (I might move home after that).
* reliability
* added value to my home (given that I might sell after five years)

I've had a quote for $2000 (including installation and tax) for a PG95XAT42060B Payne furnace from a local one-man installer. The furnace is described at http://www.wwgtotaline.ca/PDFs/BuyersGuide/en/WWG_BG_Fall_2012_PAYNE_34-35_east.pdf

* Is $2000 a good price for a PG95XAT 95% efficient furnace and installation?
* Any comments about Payne or the PG95XAT? Other recommendations?

I live in Waterloo, Ontario, if that makes a difference.

Thanks!
