Post the Mdl numbers of both outside condenser and inside air handler?

Bryant equipment has a 10 year parts warranty if it is registered within 90 days of installation. I don't understand why Jon Wayne says it is only 8 years. What is the 7 year service contract? Prepaying for service is rarely a good deal. If you wish, you can get a 10 year parts and labor warranty directly from Bryant.

I don't understand his "J calculations" either. I thought the numbers may be air flow. If it is then you are going to have problems with a 4 ton AC. Have Jon Wayne explain this to you.

Your quote should have all model numbers and details of the work to be done. What is an E2 change filtration? Do you really need UV lights? Which thermostat, air handler, and condenser? What filter is being provided?

I assume this is to replace existing equipment. If it is then the price if high in my opinion. A 40 gallon hot water heater should be sufficient for two people.
