Hello!

We have a strange problem with the air-conditioner. It works and, if I reach the vent with my finger, it is cold, but the fan, that is supposed to push the chilled air in, is not spinning, apparently. Nothing (or very little) comes out of the vents...

Is it the fan, that wants replacing, or is something wrong with the controls somehow? The problem started, approximately, when the thermostat (Honeywell) asked for a new battery. If it is the fan, can I replace it, or do I need to call a professional?
