Adding Heat

Hi,
We are considering buying a second home, however the home we are looking at does not have heat. We would like to put heat in a few of the rooms. Does anyone know how heat could be added to the house? The house is built on a slab and I do not want to use space heaters.

Location please?

If you don't want a ductwork system, then perhaps mini split HPs.

What about the insulation qualities of this home?

What are your fuel choices other than electric?
