Gaps around ductwork

Hi,
Just had our home air conditioned with central air and new ductwork installed . They dropped from the attic through closets to the first floor and all is good, but they left gaps around the ducts where they go through the ceiling and the floors. They are in closets, but I would like to seal these areas . Is there a collar or rim to buy for this or does anyone have any suggestions ?

fire stop ring is what you need to install.
not only to seal the opening, but to stop flames
in case of fire.

if you can't find the ring in the size you need,
you can use fire rated caulk or fire rated foam,
if code allows this in your area.

I'd call them back and have them do it. As noted it is a fire code issue, but also bugs and rodents. If you end up doing it yourself you can get fire rated caulk and you could cut some 1x4 to fit around it.
