unless you are a dealer, it may be difficult for you to purchase the part/coil yourself. However it should be available. I would contact a Carrier/Bryant dealer.

how old is air handler? out of warranty?

if out of warranty, you would be looking at an expensive repair which might not be cost effective.

Thank you for the reply. The Air Handler is 8 years old and out of warranty. I'm guessing it will be expensive to purchase a new coil from Carrier. I should start thinking about replacing the entire Air Handler. The compressor (Carrier 3602E19235) is also 8 years old and hasn't given us any problems. Should I consider replacing both units?

Eight years is not old for a condenser and air handler. I have read Carrier had problems with leaking coils in the past. The new coil design has been changed to address the issue.

Get a quote to see how much a coil replacement will cost. It may be a viable option.
