| ldog what size furnace and AC? does it include Evolution controller? how about new lineset and box filter? I assume you are limited to 80% eff furnace because of code and townhouse restrictions. correct? post back. IMO |

| It the 10 year Bryant/Carrier parts and labor warranty included? I assume this is a 3 ton condenser, and the furnace is 70K, or 90K BTU. This price seems high considering the equipment. Is there anything being done to the duct work or anything else the contractor is doing as part of the installation? |

| NY is always high and gets higher the closer to NYC. IMO |
