Cost of Insatallation of new 14SEER A/C

My old /AC is dying so just got one quote for a 14 SEER A/C for $4212. This includes installing outdoor unit, indoor coil, copper connecting lines and rewiring. They give me 10 years parts and labor as warranty. For a 15 SEER they want to charge $4862. Just want to know if that is a good price.

No one can comment on the price without knowing the model numbers and size of the AC condenser. Also is there anything about the installation which would make it difficult? Is the coil located on an existing furnace or air handler in an attic? Is the warranty from the manufacturer?
