i was looking to move two water radiators and was wondering if it is possible to use existing send and return lines from boiler and convert them into a radiant floor heating system.

RE: radiant heat

Probably not as radiant heat tubing runs at lower temps requiring a mix circ or thermostatic valve to temper and control the lower water temp to the tubing.

In addition specific flow rates with multiple loops typically require a circ sized properly for the number of loops, lengths, temp via mix valve, and control since this heating area will react differently than the rest of the house.
