We have an IAQ thermostat on the main floor and a Honeywell Vision Pro TH8321U1097 thermostat for the basement. both are connected through a Honeywell HZ322 Zone Panel to an American Standard variable speed air handler 2TEE3F40A1000A. A/C is supplied by a Trane heat pump. Air handler is set for Enhanced Mode blower operation.

The DS/BK terminal on the zone panel is not connected. Before I get into asking how I can wire this to use the low speed dehumidify option from both thermostats, can you tell me what benefit this connection will provide? I know the low speed fan will dehumidify better, but when will the fan go into low speed mode?
