I think the Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 will work with AC and one zone of your boiler. I have attached the installation manual.

I don't have a boiler, so I am not an expert in this area and going by what I see in the manual. There is a set up on page 7 on how it can be connected to a heating zone valve. You will have to verify if it will work with your set up. It can be wired so that the AC and boiler power connections are separated (R and Rc).

I have a Honeywell 5/2 day programmable thermostat from Home Depot and it works well with combination of forced air AC and single zone boiler/radiator heat. I don't have the specific model number, but it was just one off the shelf at Home Depot.

Do your boiler zones have multiple pumps that all go on at the same time from one thermostat, or is there more than one thermostat?
