Upgrading a Thermostat, need More Power!

I'm upgrading from a standard RWGY thermostat hookup to one that needs the C wire carrying an additional 24 V. I've installed the basic thermostat before but I'm a newbie at this problem. Whoever ran the wiring from the Heating/AC unit (a Goodman GPG13) took into account that someone might one day need more wires, and ran an eight-wire cable, leaving four of the wires unconnected at either end. Unfortunately (see attached image) I don't know where to attach the wire I designate as "c" on the AC/Heating Unit end . . . There is no handy screw terminal on this unit, and what I THOUGHT was a transformer is kicking out 120V. Any thoughts on how I should proceed?
