Buying next Trane heating & coooling system

(I meant to put New Trane not next)

I do not know what I am looking for and I have had 4 people (companies) come by the house to give me quotes. Now I am confused as to what kind of system I should get. I had my house build in 2007 and my cooling system went out (2 leaks in outside coil). I am looking mainly at 2 quotes, the other 2 companies came in and didn't even measure my existing ductwork.
