Evaporator ACH exchange rates?

WhatâÂÂs the optimal A.C.H. exchange rate (related to a/c not Infiltration) for a given space, to cycle through an air conditioner for the most efficient cooling?

IE. X,XXX # total cubic feet, exchanged through evaporator how many times per hr?

Used load calculator to determine unit size, # of ducts, duct size, etc, but would like ACH base line to calc blower CFM on
