Coil sizing for 3-ton Bryant 126B

We are replacing our 3-ton AC unit. The installer quoted Bryant Legacy 113ANW036000 with matching coil CNPVP3617ALA. It seems the consensus here is to get at least Bryant Preferred series 123A but the only unit in Preferred series available in our region is 126B. The installer said we won't get the full 16 SEER from 126B because our furnace is an old Bryant 383kav.

Because the price difference between 113A and 126B is less than $300, we would still like to get 126B. My question is: I saw in AHRI certificates 126B can be matched to coil size ranging from 36 to 48. Is there any advantage to get a bigger size coil now so when we replace furnace later we will get a better SEER number?

Thanks.
