VisionPro IAQ and dehumidify on demand

My new system was just installed this past Monday: Trane XR15, XV80, and HW VisionPro IAQ.

I have everything set up on the thermo, but I can't tell if the DOD is working right.

I have the RH set to 45%, but the humidity has varied between 51 and 48, only dipping when the a/c turns on because it wants to bring down the temp.

I checked the settings and I have:

370=1
379=1
383=2
390=0

I ran the dehumidifier system test (#6) and the compressor came on.

I have the temp set to 79 and once I saw it overcool to 77. This was just after I ran the system test and I changed my RH setting from 50 to 45. Only once and never again..RH back up to 50ish as the house normalized again.

Are my observations normal, or should it be hitting RH numbers closer to my target if DOD was set up properly? Is this what you get when you don't disable comfort-R on the furnace?

Also interesting: on the RH screen, I have the auto/off indicator to the left of the target setting. The manual says that will only be displayed if you have have a whole house dehumidifier. You won't get it if you dehumidify with the a/c. Am I hosed somehow?
