Quote for a new air conditioner

I got the quote for the installation of a new Air Conditioner.
The contractor asked me $7000 for a Lennox XC14 3ton.
He also will put a condensate pump and drain, Gravity drain,
Condensor Pad and a new Safety Disconnect, Honeywell Prestige, outdoor Sensor, Refrigerant Copper Tubing lenght 35, New Vaccum pomp oil, Humidity control E-Z Trap
10 years warranty on parts, labor and compressor.
Do you think the price is right?

Hi GenMori,

Could you share below information:

Your Location
Total Area for installing Air Conditioner
Did you consult to Air Conditioners Stores for quote
Are you also looking for other Top brand in the world

I see no mention of changing the coil on your list. Is a new one being installed? Do you have an air handler or furnace? Is there anything that would make the job difficult?

The price sounds high for a condenser, coil, and lineset replacement. Get two more quotes to see how the prices compare.

Hi GenMori

If you have not settled your quote issue with any brand, then I would like to suggest more branded Air Conditioners :

Daikin
Ogeneral
Hitachi
Goodman
Blue Star
