Sealing attic furnace room

Hello,

I apologize if this question was raised before but we have our 2nd furnace (97% efficiency dual stage) located in the attic in a separate sealed room (insulated and drywalled). Given that this is direct vent (intake and exhaust to the outside air), do I need to worry about having adequate ventilation from the open attic? There is no other equipment in this room other than the furnace. Room is approximately 10x10 with 8 ft ceiling. I believe I am getting confused with concerns with people installing non direct vent heater in a confined area.

Many thanks!
