Hello,

I have an Infinity Air Purifier 1625 which was installed along with a new Carrier infinity system about two years ago. I had heard great things about the air purifier both on-line and from relatives who have one. Our daughter has allergies and I was hoping it would help. However, in the two years it has been operating, I have seen absolutely no difference, either in the amount of dust or in my daughter's allergies or the overall air quality in the house. The blue light comes on when it is supposed to - when there is air flow, and there is dust on the wires, but it is not powdery. Are there any troubleshooting ideas out there? It just doesn't seem like the thing is working. (I am an electronics technician).
