Is this a good quote for a new AC Unit

Our builder installed, heavily used 7 year old AC unit is on the fritz. I was provided with the following quote to replace our current system. A heat load test was conducted. I have zero experience in this type of situation. Does this sound like a good value?

Would like to know the complete model number of both furnace and evap coil.

The XC17 is a nice AC condenser. However it is single stage and with a large unit like that, I would consider upgrading to the 2 stage XC 21 model.

What is your location?

You are replacing a 5 ton model?

What size is your home?

Not clear. Is new refrigerant lineset included?

Any Lennox rebate?

Furnace is a Lennox SL280V.
Unfortunately I dont have the coil model #.
I am in Phoenix, AZ so I use my AC heavily for at least 6 months out of the year.
I am replacing the builder grade 5 ton model.
Size of the home is 2250 sq feet
New line set is included.

There is a $1000.00 Lennox Rebate.
