Hampton wood stove insert blower fan repair

Just wondering if anyone out there has the HI300 wood insert model that has had the fan blower unit bearings go on them. We replaced the bearings, gave the unit an air pressured cleanout and put it back in. The fan hardly blew out air. Tried another finer set of bearings. wheels spins nice but after about a minute the fan puckers out. Any suggestions as to why it does this? And where can we order a new one online? Thanks for your help.
