Pantry Sauna Solution? Toe Kick Fan?

I have a Viega hydronic warm floor installed. All the tubes heating the floor converge to a manifold in the wall in my mudroom. They converge under my pantry next to my freezer. THe manifold transmits heat and is vented on the mudroom side, but it still warms the wall. All the tubes converging in the floor put off concentrated heat beneath my pantry. I have asked the cabinet maker to hold the back of the pantry cabinet off the wall 1" and to put holes in the toe kick. I don't know if that would be enough to get air circulating. I know that there are toe kick heaters, are there fans -- even a computer fan -- that could be mounted in the toe kick to help circulate the air and prevent creating a "Sauna Pantry"? I don't know what the extra heat might do to my freezer.

This can't be an odd situation -- anyone have solutions?
