In slab, hydro floor heating system

I am considering using a low-flow circulating pump paired with a small, electric tankless heater to create a closed hydro heating system for the basement bathroom floor. I have 1/2" pex already in place in the slab. The pex was installed properly, with insulation and whatnot. Can this be done? Know of other options for this?

Tankless is the last thing you want for this. It is also expensive. Choose another heat source.
