repairs on craft stove fireplace insert

Is it possible to refit an old craft stove fireplace insert with a new blower apparatus. My friend tried for a long time to find a new blower for the insert and finally gave up and threw the blower and pipe that went into the insert away. The insert itself is still in great condition. How could she get a new blower apparatus built or purchased for it.
Thanks so much for any help! It's been a really cold winter and it would be so nice to get that insert going.

I would let "Google" be your friend.

You have contacted your local Craft Stove store? Surely parts are available. Get your insert's mdl number.

Here is a link that sells parts.

Good Luck!

If it's the same as mine, you can purchase the whole blower assembly from Amazon. Mine had a 4C447 motor, which is no longer available, but search for the 1TDR3 replacement. The only hitch is that you can no longer use the rheostat with that new motor; you'll have to wire in an on/off switch. HTH
