| I have a Goodman mini split heat pump. If on cool mode, it over cools (cools room well below set temp on remote). When on heat mode, it over heats (heats room well above temp set on remote). Right now remote is set on 62F and it is 76F in the room (on heat mode). Just had mother board replaced without success. Goodman is not helping installer much and they will not provide technical support to a homeowner, only to installer. I know the remote is the thermostat for this unit, what about replacing that? Are there any install issues that could do this? |

| It seems we are going to replace the remote that also functions as the thermostat. Hopefully that works. |
| Are you sure the thermostat is built into the remote control? Where do you keep the remote when you are not using it? |
| Yes the thermostat is in the remote. It came with a wall mounted bracket to hold it and instructions on placement. |
