Lennox Heat Pumps

Negativedge

I am ripping out two 7 year old FHP geothermal heat pumps that have been nothing short of nightmares and replacing with conventional heat pumps.

The job is more complicated than a standard switch out because the geothermal needs to be unwound from my house and since geothermal doesn't have outdoor compressors new electrical and line sets need to be run.

Here is the quote I am getting:
The Lennox equipment
Lower Level 5 Ton 16.2 SEER
XP21060
CVX32mv060
ECB40-9CV
Harmony Zone Board;
Re-Use existing therms

Upper Lever 2 Ton 16.2 SEER
XP14-024
CBX27UH024
ECB29-5
Use Existing therms

17,700

The price include removing old geothermal systems. Capping off the water heater. New electric for the outdoor units and for the electric strips. New line sets. Hooking up the sand filter to the house and installing valves for the wells and making sure the back wash is still able to be used. Any repairs necessary to drywall to run new line sets.Permits and inspections.

This includes a transferable 5 Year labor
Mfgr Warrantee and the first year of maintenance.

Is this reasonable? What other detail should I ask to be included?
