Refrigerant lines

I am building a new house with patio all the way around. I had the builder install a 4" and 2 1/2" sleeve from my closet wall to outside of the slab, one for water and the other for the condensing lines. I told him the plumbers 90 would not work and he needed to install a sweeping 90 for the condensing lines. Well, he did not and now it am at a stand still on the house because the HVAC contractor cannot get the copper lines installed. I have been trying to figure this one out and have come up with maybe using stainless steel rigid. I can have them weld one side of the 90 going into the sleeve and use pipe dope on the nipple that will have to be threaded. Then once through the sleeve I can change over to copper. Is this something that will work?
