Pricing & quality of new furnace & AC

Hi,

We currently have an 18 year old Amana furnace (115K 90%) that's starting to give us headaches, so we're looking to replace this unit as well as a 3.5 ton Bryant AC that is 13 years old.

Live in the DC suburbs. House is 2500 sq ft and has a finished basement.

All bids include the installation of new 3" PVC pipe for intake and exhaust system as well as the installation of a return air duct in our basement to improve air flow.

Would really appreciate your thoughts on the bids below!
