complete system replacement

Hi All,
our house had had issues since we moved in 16 years ago. We decided to replace our entire system do to 60's design and general inefiecency. We have been given estimates of
15K for an Amana system
12k for a Lennox system
10k for a Goodman system
and 8k for a Bryant system.

All are 5 ton except the Amana which is 4t. Our home is 2122sq ft and has an old G&S furnace with a GE 5t unit. the duct work was alldone for heating back in the 60's prior to the a/c being installed.

Now for the question: is the Bryant system mod# 113ana060 pretty good? I know it's from a Carrier company.

Also I am having them move the furnace up to the attic at the top of the stairs for better air flow. The expensive bid wanted to keep it in the small closet by the garage door which I thought was a bad idea.
Please let me know your thoughts
