attic cold air leak from a/c vents

Hi - I live in the cold northeast with a cold attic (newly insulated with cellulose, propavents). The heat is forced hot water with a boiler in the basement. The A/C is central air, with the handler and duct work in the actic - vents and return within the living space. PROBLEM: The cold air -- now colder after the insulation/propavents - is seeping out of the A/C vents at sometimes a pretty good clip...and therefore creating quite the Cold Draft in the living space. I assume the air pressure is moving the air back and forth between the return and the ducts and pushing the cold air from the attack down into the living space. How can I prevent this from happening? Any ideas? I feel this must be a concern for a lot of people with well insulated attic spaces. Thank you!
