Is this for home use only? i use cool mist humidifier, that covers 20 - 30 sqm (ion90 and 60), no noise at all

Yup - for home use - but I'm not opposed to something for commercial if it's not ridiculously big - as long as it's quite.

And while you deleted your post, yes saltidawg - I'm looking for a stand-alone console humidifier, not something that integrates with my furnace. Now, something people don't seem to know is spirit on basic immediately causes passive regen to kick in. And I didn't disappear, I have a life outside the forums and only check occasionally.

I may go that route of a unit integrated with my furnace if I have to. I'd rather not since I have a very open floor plan and the stand alone console humidifier I have today works very well - other than being loud because it uses a blade fan instead of a blower :(

I may just see if can find a decent blower and retrofit the humidifier I have. It's just nuts because air cleaners are plentiful that have squirrel cage blowers, yet I haven't found ONE humidifier that does!
