Noise and Wall Vibration

Moved in new house, turned a/c on, to my horror the wall vibrates slightly and you can very much hear the units. This is the wall, the only wall the head of the bed can go against. Our three units sit on a cement block that touches the brick wall on the outside of the bedroom. There is no gap. Will it cost a fortune to move the units down the side of the house about 20-30 ft? Is there a noise dampener I can get? Would creating space between house and cement block units are sitting on reduce the vibration in the wall? Don't know what to do at this point, just looking for some direction. There are no windows on the wall that the units are on and there does not seem to be any abnormal noise from the units, they sound fine, it's just I can hear them and feel the vibration. Thank you.
