Thank you very very MUCH! I am learning form codes and followed an example in "Learn HTML in a Weekend" by Steve Callihan. It's a good book but I think the "weekend" part is a bit of a lie.
I'm about 95% done with the website, I had an xp version up this past week for a few days to do a trial and error run. It's amazing that you look at something a thousand times and never see the error until it's glaring you in the face, lol. I signed up with Formmail.com to handle the messaging service...it's one less headache to worry about. Once I get the questionnaire in place and working it will be uploaded again. Then after that is the share board where people and organizations will be able to request seed donations in a dignified manner, and then comes the big poohbah: coding the catalogue.
