I agree, Diana. I don't want to sound like the 'Forum Police' or overly prissy, but there are some issues here about posting huge numbers of honking big photos in a single Discussion thread, ignoring the Gallery for multiple pics. I'm guilty, too, despite knowing what it's like to be on dialup and sit and wait forever for posts to load that are byte-heavy. I really like the way that Webshots makes a nice sized pic to paste in a post that is clickable to see a bigger version in Webshots' album. I think this is probably the sizez that works well in a blog. I like thumbnail links from Photobucket -- you don't see many of those any more. Photobucket also makes a thumbnail link to a whole album. Picasa gives some nice options about clickable photos in several sizes and album links. There are other good host sites; these are the ones I know. Nell

Thanks snrose. I agree that it is indeed RdV. It became more apparent a few days later, when the blooms began to take on a bluish hue. Somebody who saw the plant also believed it was RdV. I had bought this as one of two plants from HD. The other plant was funny enough labelled "Reine des Violettes," but turned out to be its thorny parent "Pope Pius IX." It's a happy accident that I ended up with the real RdV in the end.

Great that you posted this. I knew how to do this but some people don't. I prefer webshots as photobucket gives me fits and doesn't like me. Also if you move the photo to another album then the link will de bead and the photo won't show up. Mary
