Does anybody know how to creat a guestbook for a personal website? Or where I can get the codes to use. Thanks.

I would start out by asking the provider of your web space. You can look at some recommendations few posts down from this one.

Hi Char, not sure if you got your guestbook. If you go to the link below, scroll towards the bottom. I use guest gear. You are able to copy the theme of the site with this one. I needed a seperate book for a special Year Of The Rose project I did, and wanted the rose bell as the background. I made a dummy page for this guestbook, so that it mimics the web page. I highly recommend planting Verbena bonariensis and Purple Coneflower for nectar plants. Lots of different butterflies love to feed from them. I also get many butterflies on my butterfly bushes, but I deadhead them because they can be invasive. People on here have mentioned buttonbush as being a good nectar plant too, although I don't have any. Besides nectaring, butterflies also have to look for places to lay their eggs, so I provide many different types of host plants for butterflies. I started out my first year with planting milkweed for the Monarchs. Rather than list a lot of plants here, I'll include a link to a website that you can go to and read about how to start a butterfly garden. How to create a column with numbers 1-100

I know of two ways to do this in Excel. The first way is to put 1 in the first row, then 2 in the next row (same column). Then highlight both cells and put the cursor in the lower right corner of the bottom cell. It'll turn to a thin plus sign. Hold the left mouse button down and drag to 100 cells. You'll know it's working if you see the number incrementing in a little bubble next to the cursor. The second way I know is to put 1 in the first cell, then (assuming the first cell is A1) put =A1+1 in A2. Then copy cell A2, highlight the next 100 cells and paste.

Probably the easist way is to buy Paint Shop Pro 7 and learn how to use the program. there are many filter plug-ins that work in PSP7 that let you make 3-D looking letters, etc. I have made fancy line breaks(dividers), chains, victorian style borders, and a lot of other images for webpages. PSP7 also comes with animation shop 3 for even more moving images you can make. My whole webpage was made with PSP6 and 7. Paint Shop Pro Tutorials JamesS

I know nothing about building websites, but most small businesses have Facebook pages, which are easy to set up. (Don't get me started on how I hate Facebook, etc etc, and I did hate it long before the current news....) My husband and I share an account and mostly use it for community pages (lost dogs, school schedules, etc), local recommendations (pizza, tree services and everything else), and a rare veterinary medical condition page for our dog. If i look up small local restaurants, often they will have a Facebook page instead of a website.
