Where to put OutBound Links?

If I want to establish an outbound link to another company's website that my visitors may find interesting....WHERE on my website do I put this link?

Should I create a tab called something like

"Companies We Like" or is that too hokie?

don't want to use "resources"

or could I put it in a blog post (which also appears on my website) but seems that would get buried as newer blog posts moved to the top

I am a retail store so my website doesn't have lots of misc copy to insert an outbound link.

WHERE DO YOU ALL INSERT OUTBOUND LINKS?
