How do I do a quote box?

When people copy people's quotes on here, they usually put them in some kind of a box or something. I can't figure out how they're doing it. Anybody want to let me in on the secret?

Yes, "blockquote", or maybe "cite". What I do is save little reusable templates as text files.

For example, this:

can easily become this:

Copy/Paste quote here.

Truthfully, I'd probably skip the background image... probably... maybe?
