Hi Jim: I forget to ask what brand of brewer's yeast you take, and how you make it yummy? I will have to try organic cow milk with my Brewer's yeast ... I gave soy milk & B.Y for my kid and it wrecked her sleep many times. It also wrecked my sleep if taken in the evening. When I googled for "soy" within gardenweb, many women reported it screwed up their hormones: make them depressed, moody, and weepy. Plus it messes up one's thyroid (hypothyroid). Trypsin inhibitors in soy interfere with protein digestion and may cause pancreatic disorders. In test animals soy containing trypsin inhibitors caused stunted growth. Soy phytoestrogens are potent antithyroid agents that cause hypothyroidism and may cause thyroid cancer. In infants, consumption of soy formula has been linked to autoimmune thyroid disease. Vitamin B12 analogs in soy are not absorbed and actually increase the body's requirement for B12. Soy foods increase the body's requirement for vitamin D. Fragile proteins are denatured during high temperature processing to make soy protein isolate and textured vegetable protein. Processing of soy protein results in the formation of toxic lysinoalanine and highly carcinogenic nitrosamines. Free glutamic acid or MSG, a potent neurotoxin, is formed during soy food processing and additional amounts are added to many soy foods. Soy foods contain high levels of aluminum which is toxic to the nervous system and the kidneys.

Moving the downstairs, and I mean everything, sofa, etc, to a storage unit might be best. It won't be in your way, and it will be clean when all is done! Can anything go in plastic bins in your garden? Just wondering...will your workers be using the 2nd floor bathroom? (I don't think there's one on the main floor, is there?) If so, you might NOT want to use it for the kitchen sink. They'd be tracking dust etc up there. A good temporary kitchen is Panera lol! So excited that it's getting started! Guilty pleasure. I love treacly sticky ooey gooey Hallmark Christmas movies. They're like an antidote to all the edgy, serious, adult, important difficult stuff out there. Many of them are retreads of classic stories. Since I'm Jewish, the Christmas part isn't important to me, and if they don't line up with your ideas of Christmas I can see that they might not be such unalloyed spun sugar fun, but I like how the romances are happily into next week rather than ever after, and how goodness and light always win the day, and how helping others and being kind are the motivations and rewards. I don't pay a lot of attention (I rarely look at the screen for any TV shows), but I do find them very restful. ETA: There are also some melancholy and grown up ones. When I mentioned the sticky gooey ones, I didn't mean all of them were, just that I love those. I just saw an ad: There are supposed to be new ones every Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 p.m., with several other scheduled showings.

Love the photos and in the first one, that protruding object (rock?) looks like a ghost or sci-FI creature with eyes, lol. Looking forward to hearing more from you! Here in my city (live in Canada) we also had fresh snow appear after the lawns were showing almost all green. As anxious as I am about welcoming in an early spring, I was glad to see the snow reappear. Much too early for the hostas here - all in good time. :-)
