I copied the spade to paintshop and made it a picture, resized it, and turned it, cropped it and this is what I ended up with. I have absolutely no idea how to make it back into a font though. But you could insert it as a picture next to the lines you want to use it in front of:

Why not just use a table with however many rows as there are vertical letters and place one letter in the appropriate cell? Then center everything.
