1) I have a setting of 6 bonehandled knives and forks. The knives have steel blades, still sharp. But the knife blades despite my best cleaning efforts still look stained. I tried barkeepers helper. Any suggestions on what to use on them? I assume ? they are stainless. THey are probably 100 or more years old. I believe they came from Germany but the steel knife blade says Landers, Frary and Clark, Aetna works.

2) these knives and forks were put through a hot dishwasher (I know) and the glue that holds bone handle on in some cases was melted. Anyone know where I can have them repaired properly?

3) I have an old lady's hand mirror that is sterling and has a beveled glass in it. The mirror needs resilvered and re set in the frame. Any idea where I might take or send it for repair? It probably has no value except a great deal of sentimental value to me.
