Just had my Sony laptop repaired, it was kind of frozen. I NOW have no internet or email - messages states (no connectivity because the network did not assign a network address to the pc.) also the windows could not repair the problem to renewing the ip address /it states need to contact person who manages the network.
I tried almost everything that the troubleshooting guide suggested including using tools admin assist. etc.
I am getting a light in all my connections and modem and router is working good. (before I did have internet & email with no problems.) any suggestions??
