| Our house is currently under construction. We will have a wood burning fire place upstairs and a gas fire place down stairs.
Is there anything I should mention to the builder now for a fire place that we might add a flat screen later? Is it hard to add the TV over a stone and brick fire place years later. |

| Should he do anything special to the two fire places while they are being built (i.e.) add holes or openings for a future tv install years later without taking away from the current look. I have a separate entertainment room. |

| Put in conduit for the A/V cabling, Ethernet separated from the power lines. A 120v box and low voltage fitting for the A/V cabling to the screen should also be strategically placed. A cabinet space for your components would also be helpful. |
